Company Overview

Axis Recruiting Solutions was started with a simple thought…connecting the greatest candidates with the greatest companies. Our CEO, Martin Granados, built the organization off the idea that staffing and recruiting organizations either acted with urgency or some would offer quality candidates. He realized that choice companies had to make wasn’t a choice he was willing to offer. He realized that every company is different, every position is different, so he chose to do things differently.

At Axis Recruiting Solutions, we place the best candidates in organizations with the goal of assuring they will further the goals and play integral roles in the success that we go above and beyond to understand. It isn’t enough to place a person in a position; to be called a successful placement, all stakeholders have to realize a “WIN”! That is the AXIS WAY!

Martin Granados

Chief Executive Officer

Martin was born in a small town in Arizona and came to Tucson to attend the University of Arizona. As a proud graduate of the U of A, Martin has spent his career helping organizations better their internal processes surrounding their people. His career took him into high level roles at major organizations like ADP and Aerotek. He started his career in Staffing and Recruiting and quickly rose through the ranks. His passion for people and industry drove him to open Axis Recruiting Solutions in 2015.

Starting as a one man show, Axis grew quickly, expanding out of Arizona, into Texas, New Mexico, and other Southwest states within the first 2 years. Martin’s true love is assuring that the organization is always focused on helping; helping companies and helping candidates. Martin has sat on multiple Non-Profit Boards and Board of Trustees, while continuing to give back to the community that has helped him and his organization thrive.
